The square foot area of the Units set forth in the floor plans depicted herein are approximate within reasonable tolerances and were obtained by using the method customarily used in New York City to measure condominium apartments. Each Unit consists of the area measured horizontally from the exterior face of the perimeter wall (perimeter mechanical pipes are not deducted) to the centerlines of walls separating one Unit from Common Elements, as indicated in the Floor Plans. The Units are measured vertically from the top of the slab to the underside of the floor construction.
